B4Y was the brainchild of Kevin Norris, with 24 years working for a large PLC and the last 13 spent helping it to improve efficiency and make more money, Kevin is the key figure active in the organisation, renowned for his enthusiasm and drive.

The last 6 years Kevin was instrumental as the business design architect for a key subsidary of the company.

Kevin is ideally suited to head the B4Y Business Network, he certainly knows his onions.
